He holds a PhD in Economics and Finance and serves as a PhD supervisor in the field of Economics. He is an active member of the European Regional Science Association and the Regional Science Association International, contributing to international academic cooperation and the dissemination of scientific knowledge. His professional expertise combines teaching, doctoral supervision, and research, with consistent involvement in national and international projects. His academic work focuses on financial and economic analysis, sustainability, taxation and international taxation, finance, health services, rural and regional development, and agricultural economics.
