Dr. Ritika Malik

Ph.D., MBA, PGDM, BBA (Banking and Insurance), B.Ed. (Commerce and Economics)

She is a distinguished academician, researcher, and academic administrator with more than 10 years of experience in management education. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR), New Delhi. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, Artificial Intelligence and Human Resources (AI & HR), Employee Engagement, Sustainable Business Practices, Higher Education, and allied management disciplines. She has made significant contributions to academic research through many publications in reputed Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC CARE-indexed journals.

She has authored and edited several books in the areas of sustainability, green governance, and contemporary management practices. She also serves as an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for various reputed international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. As a dedicated Ph.D. supervisor and academic mentor, Dr. Malik actively guides research scholars and has successfully organised numerous National and International Conferences, Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), Management Development Programmes (MDPs), workshops, seminars, and high-profile academic events featuring eminent personalities, including Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts of India.In recognition of her contributions to academia and society, she received a Token of Gratitude on International Women’s Day 2025 from Hon’ble Justice Neena Bansal Krishna, Judge, Delhi High Court. She has also gained recognition through media coverage in leading newspapers such as Times of India, Amar Ujala, and Impressive Times for her contributions as a Career Consultant and Management Consultant. Her international exposure includes participation in Global Immersion Programmes and Leadership Development Programmes, further strengthening her global academic and professional outlook.
